     • Unlimited in person consultations for each new legal matter

     • Review of legal documents up to six pages long

     • Written letters from the attorney on the client’s behalf – one per new legal matter

     • Phone calls by the attorney on the client’s behalf – one per new legal matter

     • Legal advice during consultations regarding handling of collection claims and lawsuits

DLS believes that in the event you are contacted by a collection attorney or if suit is filed against you for your debt, having an attorney perform even a few basic services will likely deter more aggressive action and greatly assist you and DLS in negotiations to settle your debt.

DLS has no financial interest in the legal plan and receives no incentives, commissions or payments for referring clients to this legal plan. DLS pays for access to this service for their benefit of our clients and for the advantage it gives DLS in negotiations with creditors on behalf of our clients.
